because of a problem with king room we were upgraded and had a modern room with 2 full size beds. location: the hotel was just next door to the fort worth zoo in the morning and shopping mall and good restaurants and good restaurants.

I was almost impressed until i heard the neighbors' phone alarms-the walls are clearly not soundproof, unacceptable. The ice machine was a marathon away from the room. Definitely thought a complimentary welcome gift would have been standard, but no such luck. Guess i'm just a regular guest here, right?
